• Time/Duration of Event
• Type of Event
• Event Location
• Dress expected (Tuxedo, Kilt, Ren Faire Garb)
• Past Attendance
• Budget

How Much Does It Cost?

There are always a bunch of variables when booking the Brobdingnagian Bards.

• Base Cost = $3000 per day plus travel and hotel

Per day could be as little as 1 show. This number can go up or down depending on these variables:

• How far is the event from Austin, Texas and Birmingham, Alabama
• How many people will attend the event?
• How many days do you want booked?
• How many shows will we perform?
• Will the venue be good for selling CDs or not?
• What gear will we need to bring?
