If the project is not-for-profit, we ask that

• you include, "music by Brobdingnagian Bards, www.thebards.net" in the credits, and
• you send us a copy of the final project.

If the project is for-profit, we ask that

• you include, "music by Brobdingnagian Bards, www.thebards.net" in the credits,
• you send us a copy of the final project, and
• you pay a royalty rate per unit produced. This royalty rate varies and depending how small the production is, it may qualify for a free license.

Please note that not all of our music was written by us. Most of the instrumentals are, but many vocal songs are not. You should check the credits (look for "words and music by Gunn-McKee") of each songs you wish to use to make sure you will not owe additional royalties to the copyright owner.
